AggFlow is a valuable tool to model, optimize and maximize your plant flow calculations.

AggFlow can handle all types of operations including:

Slurry Flows, Water Mass Balance, Cyclones, Pumps; Tanks and Sand Screws.

How big can AggFlow calculations get? There is no limit to the size of plants you can model!

AggFlow allows you to select from thousands of crusher models (or even create your own using the generic option) and review or change each gradation, setting options and limits. You can even swap crusher types at anytime.

Using the AggFlow Sand Screw interface you simply enter the sand screw speed and water addition rates.
The program will immediately display the effects on the material flow in your system. It even operates in
dehydration or separation modes, monitoring incoming/outgoing slurry values including gravity, solids and volume.

One of AggFlow's outstanding features is the accurate modeling of reports for all equipment, including screens.
The program even models the effects of screen inefficiencies shown here by the tail-end of the graphs.
This is the material that should pass through a "perfect" screen but in reality is retained with the product.

AggFlow provides another industry first by simulating Track-Mounted (mobile) equipment. The unique AggFlow
Track Editor allows you to adjust equipment settings and gradations to meet any particular needs.

Track Mounted Equipment

AggFlow is so sophisticated that it calculates aggregate mass balance flowing in one direction and water mass balance flowing in the other - simultaneously! This allows for complete optimization and maximization of desired product.

Water Mass Balance Plant

AggFlow users regularly achieve accuracy levels in excess of 95%. Using AggFlow Sample Buckets, Screen Carry Over Calculations and Washing Options you can enter field values and gradations to achieve unprecedented real-life accuracy.

In addition to calculating aggregate and water mass balance flowing through your plant the AggFlow emission controls provide emission calculations and emission and cost-tracking capabilities.
