BedRock Software, LLC. (BedRock) announces another industry first with the creation of AggFlowSite, the next evolution in plant simulation and optimization for the global aggregate industry. AggFlowSite delivers the full functionality and power of the traditional AggFlow program to users via the internet. “AggFlowSite is perfect for individual plant simulations, small producers, consultants, dealers or equipment manufacturers working on a single project.
Des Plaines, Illinois, December 1, 2009 – BedRock Software LLC has been selected as one of the top 25 Rollouts for 2009 by Aggregates Manager Magazine. BedRock was cited for innovation in the automation category for delivery of Mobile Equipment Simulations.
BedRock Software, LLC (BedRock) has created another industry first by releasing AggFlow with Track-Mounted (mobile) equipment simulation capability. BedRock has developed this new and innovative approach starting with Powerscreen International's line of crushing and screening equipment. "As we build our track-mounted data library this will be an important and revolutionary development for the industry" said Bryan Lewis, President of BedRock and inventor of the AggFlow program.
The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional success in their business category. These are companies that enhance the positive image of business through service to their customers and community.
BedRock Software, Inc. (BedRock) is pleased to announce the addition of French and Spanish translations of the AggFlow plant simulation program. "This is an important step as we continue to bolster our international distribution and customize the program for our users around the globe. We have started with two obvious language choices but there will certainly be more in the near future" said Mark Pirogovsky, Senior Programming Engineer and Vice President of program development. Pirogovsky is a native Russian speaker.
Now, AggFlow users can calculate both the Mass Aggregate Balance and the Mass Water Balance flowing through a plant. Thus optimizing operation layouts and maximizing production of desired products.
The operating manual is embedded in the program under the HELP menu. Therefore, it is instantly available to program users. Furthermore, many of the working menus in the program contain a "help" button that takes the user directly to the appropriate page of the operating manual for that topic. The newly revised demonstration version is available to interested parties upon request.
This change takes place in conjunction with new program expiration features designed to support the annual licensing agreement for AggFlow users. Now, AggFlow users with current licenses are entitled to every aspect of the program - free of additional charge. This includes any full program releases" said Robert Teller, Director of Distribution. "This is an important step for our entire global customer base".
Version 6.i provides the first AggFlow version that allows users to access program updates and upgrades directly through the internet. In addition to the internet capabilities, AggFlow 6.i includes an expanded equipment library and improved calculation capabilities. "Our global user base will benefit significantly from this advance since they can now download and update directly over the internet rather than through cumbersome disk based updates. It also avoids the hassles and costs of shipping the update disk.
The company has provided space reactor design software for the U.S. Air Force and developed process flow calculation software called AggFlow, which has become the aggregate industry standard for plant flow calculations. Atom Analysis also developed the Research Reactor Analysis Program for reactors at OSU, the University of Illinois, MIT, the University of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Geology Survey.
Version 5.0 provides the first ever complete wash calculation capabilities in the industry. "This is a significant development for AggFlow users who employ water in their aggregate operations" said Bryan Lewis, President of BedRock Software LLC. "We have worked long and hard to design and develop this capability specifically for, and at the request of, our customers".
Version 4.2 has significantly enhances the calculation capabilities of the AggFlow program by allowing users to enter actual field data (Sample Buckets) for use in the calculations. In addition, version 4.2 includes an expanded equipment list and improved calculation efficiency.
Version 4.1 has improved user interfaces including expanded equipment list, improved calculation capabilities and faster calculation speeds."Version 4.1 provides a significant step forward for users who are employing AggFlow to optimize their production processes" says Bryan Lewis, President of BedRock Software LLC.
BedRock Software LLC. (BedRock) has announced the release of AggFlow - a computer simulation and calculation program for use in optimizing aggregate plant production. AggFlow has been developed in response to demand in the aggregate industry for plant optimization tools that more closely resemble actual operating parameters. The program is designed to reduce calculation time and increase productivity in aggregate and mining operations. AggFlow has been developed by BedRock Software, Incorporated, an independent engineering analysis and computer programming firm.
