A Qualified Educational Institution (QEI) that meets the qualification guidelines and provides the required verification information is eligible to make purchases of select AggFlow software products at a special “Educational Pricing” discount. Below, you'll find details about eligibility and verification.

Eligibility guidelines for Educational Pricing from BedRock Software Inc:

A representative from a QEI may purchase select AggFlow software products (strictly for educational use, and not for further distribution or transfer) at Educational Pricing if he/she meets the following criteria:

• He/She is a full or part-time faculty or staff member employed by an accredited higher education institution.
• Purchaser agrees to use the software only on the grounds of the QEI for non-commercial purposes.

The following individuals/institutions are NOT eligible for Education pricing from BedRock Software:

• Businesses
• Students (students certainly will have access to the software and support -- they are just not allowed to purchase or own the software product).
• Faculty or staff members not currently employed at an accredited higher education institution.
• Faculty or staff members who are not willing or able to provide appropriate identification
• Faculty or staff members employed by nonqualified educational institutions.
  • Examples include: higher education research laboratories, educational consortia, training centers or schools granting certificates for courses such as computer software training, and military schools that do not grant academic degrees.

Required information for QEI verification:

For a representative of a QEI to order AggFlow software products from BedRock Software, he or she must submit clear, readable copies of a current, valid photo identification and valid evidence of current employment by a qualified educational entity. Examples include (but are not limited to):

• School photo identification and/or driver's license or other official photo identification with corroborating evidence including but not limited to:
• Faculty or staff paycheck stubs
• An official letter from the registrar of the educational institution

Q: Why is BedRock Software asking for proof of identification?

A: BedRock Software requires that representatives seeking Educational Pricing show proof of qualification in order to administer this program in a consistent, fair manner, allowing BedRock Software to continue providing discounted pricing to QEI’s.

Q: What is the deadline to submit proof of academic status?

A: Proof of academic status must be received and approved of before shipment of the software. Once proof is received, a response is usually given within 2 business days.

Q: Is there a limit to how much product I can purchase (i.e. how many copies)?

A: Not at this time however, BedRock Software reserves the right to reject an order at its discretion for any reason.

Q. If I am employed both by a QEI and a non-QEI (e.g. businesses, non accredited training programs) can I still qualify for educational pricing?

A: Yes under the following conditions:

* The software must be located on the grounds of the QEI at all times.
* The software may only be used on the grounds of the QEI (e.g. notebook computer).
*The software may only be used in conjunction with an educational curriculum.

Q: What countries are eligible for educational pricing from BedRock Software?

A: Currently only institutions from the United States, and Canada. If you are employed by an institution in another country please contact BedRock Software to inquire about a possible exception to this rule.
