1) I reinstalled AggFlow 5.0 or 6i and now the program is saying my key is expired. This occurs when you are installing an old version of the software from an old CD. This causes errors with a security key with has been used on more recent versions. We do not maintain all releases of AggFlow that have occured over the last 14 years. The simple solution is to download and install the latest version of AggFlow from our "downloads" section. If your license is expired, you will need to renew it. 2) I just got a new notebook computer that doesn't have a parallel port. How do I get a USB key? You can order a "USB Keyswap" from our "orders" page. When you order the keyswap we will send you a new USB key that is temporarily activated. Once you receive it you will need to deactivate your old key (instructions will be sent with the package). Once deactivation is complete, your new key will be activated. 3) When I try to download updates the download fails. This usually indicates a problem with your network settings which is blocking AggFlow from communicating with the internet. If you are on a corporate network you should speak to your IT department about allowing AggFlow to communicate with the internet. Sometimes the problem can be security software installed on the computer. Windows Firewall, Norton Internet Security are examples of programs that may prevent a program from communicating with the internet. 4) When I click the "Check Online License Status" button the connection fails. (see the answer to question 3) 5) I'm getting an error saying that "aggflow.exe is not a valid Win32 application." This error occurs when internet security software is blocking the AggFlow updates. If you are on a corporate network you should speak to your IT department configuring your security software to allow AggFlow to update. Solution: a) Close AggFlow b) Go to: C:\Program Files\AggFlow c) Delete the folder called "Updates" d) Delete the file called "AggFlow.exe" e) Delete the file called "AggFlow.bak" (if present) f) Download and install the latest version of AggFlow 2006 from this link: http://aggflow.com/downloads.htm 6) I tried to register my program but registration failed. (see the answer to question 3)
